Set up the driver app
Drivers sign in with their mobile number and a text code. The app keeps working without signal.
01Add the driver’s number
In Fleet → Drivers, make sure the driver’s mobile number is correct. That number is their sign-in.
02First sign-in
- The driver opens the CargoHub link you send on WhatsApp.
- They enter their number and the 6-digit code from the SMS.
- The phone stays signed in for 30 days.
03Working offline
Trip steps, GPS pings and POD photos queue on the phone and replay in order when signal returns. The queue count shows at the bottom of the screen.
