Plan and dispatch a trip
Group booked bilties into a trip, assign a road-legal truck and driver, give an advance and dispatch.
01Plan the trip
- Open Transport / TMS → Dispatch board.
- Select booked bilties on the same lane and click Plan trip.
- Order the drops. The trip gets a number like TR-419.
02Assign vehicle and driver
Only vehicles with valid fitness, route permit and token tax are offered, and only drivers with a valid licence. Hired trucks can be offered to carriers instead.
03Advance and dispatch
- Enter the fuel and toll advance.
- Click Dispatch. The driver gets the trip in the app and tracking starts.
