Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between CargoHub (Pvt) Ltd and the company that subscribes to CargoHub. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept them on behalf of your company.
1.The service
CargoHub provides hosted software for freight, fleet, warehouse, finance and HR operations, with portals for your customers, carriers, drivers and warehouse clients. Features differ by plan as shown on the pricing page.
2.Accounts and owners
Each workspace has at least one owner who controls users, roles and settings. Owners must use two-step verification. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details private.
3.Subscription and payment
Fees are in Pakistani rupees and exclude provincial sales tax on services. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed upfront. Invoices are due within 15 days. If an invoice is 30 days overdue we may move the workspace to read-only after written notice.
4.Acceptable use
Don’t use CargoHub to break the law, to move prohibited goods, to probe or disrupt the service or other workspaces, or to resell access without our agreement.
5.Your data
Your company owns its data. We process it only to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and the tax filings you make, including FBR submissions.
6.Availability
We aim for the uptime commitment of your plan, measured monthly and excluding planned maintenance announced at least 5 days ahead on the status page. Service credits for missed commitments are set out in your order form.
7.Suspension
We may suspend a workspace to prevent harm to the service or other customers, or for non-payment after notice. Driver offline queues are kept during suspension and reviewed on return.
8.Ending the agreement
Either side may end a monthly plan with 30 days’ notice. On termination we let active trips finish, provide a full export and then archive and delete the workspace on the published schedule.
9.Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction.
