From booking desk to signed POD, one bilty at a time.
Book full and part loads with lane rate cards, plan trips with several drops, dispatch only trucks that are road-legal and close every drop with a photo POD — even where there is no signal.
Book a bilty in under a minute
Pick the consignor and lane, and the rate card fills freight, Hamali and sales tax. The GR number comes from your branch counter inside the same transaction, so two clerks can never issue the same number.
- Lane rate cards with one-key auto-rate
- HSN code carried from commodity to invoice
- Branch numbering like LHR/2026/01284
A dispatch board that knows which truck can go
Booked bilties wait on the board until you plan them into a trip. Vehicles with an expired fitness, route permit or token tax are blocked, and hired trucks go out to carriers as load offers.
- Plan bilties into trips with several drops
- Readiness checks on vehicle and driver
- Load offers to carriers from the same screen
Tracking that tells you how fresh the dot is
Every position shows its age: recent under a minute, stale up to three, offline after that. Drivers’ phones queue pings without signal and replay them in order when they reconnect.
- Freshness labels, not guesses
- Geofenced arrival at pickup and drop
- Public tracking link for your customer
POD that closes the loop
The driver captures photo, signature and received count at the door. Ops verifies it and the bilty moves to ready-to-bill — no more hunting for a crumpled copy a month later.
- Shortage and damage recorded at delivery
- Verification by a second person
- Straight into invoice building
Does it handle part loads (LTL)?
Yes. A trip can carry several bilties with sequential legs and multiple drops. Splitting one bilty’s quantity across two vehicles is not supported yet.
Can we keep our own bilty numbering?
Yes. Numbering is per branch and document type, with your prefix and a yearly reset. Numbers are issued once and never reused, even when a bilty is cancelled.
What happens when the driver has no signal?
The driver app keeps working. Trip steps, GPS pings and POD photos queue on the phone and replay in order when the network returns.
Can our customers track without logging in?
Yes. Each bilty has a public tracking link you can share on WhatsApp. It shows the status and last position only, never prices.
