A vehicle is only offered for dispatch when its documents are valid and it has no open defect. Expiring documents surface two weeks early.

Fuel you can actually reconcile
Fuel slips and PSO or Shell card lines post against the trip. CargoHub compares litres to the expected average for that vehicle and lane and flags the variance.

Yes, marked as hired. They carry documents and readiness checks like your own trucks, but their costs come from the carrier bill.

Yes. Vehicles, drivers, opening meter readings and tyre positions import from CSV with a preview before anything is saved.
Do you connect to trackers?
Positions come from the driver app today. Direct feeds from tracker vendors are on the roadmap.
