Do portal users cost extra?
No. Customer, carrier, driver and warehouse-client users do not count as seats on any plan.
Can a customer see another customer’s shipments?
No. Each portal user belongs to one organisation and only ever sees that organisation’s records.
Can the portals use our own domain?
Portals live on your workspace address, like shaheen.cargohub.pk. Custom domains are on the roadmap.
