What counts as a seat?
A seat is a member of your staff who signs in to the Operations workspace. Drivers using the driver app and users of the customer, carrier and warehouse-client portals are free on every plan.
What happens if we go over our limits?
Nothing stops working. Extra seats are Rs 900 and extra vehicles Rs 600 per month, and we’ll suggest a plan change if it’s cheaper.
How do we pay?
We invoice in PKR from our Karachi entity. Pay by IBFT, bank transfer or cheque. Annual plans are paid upfront with a 15% discount.
Are WhatsApp and SMS included?
Notifications are passed through at the provider’s cost with no markup, and shown on your monthly usage statement.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. Offboarding lets active trips finish, then gives you a full export with a checksum manifest before anything is archived.
Is there a free trial?
We run a guided pilot on your own data instead of an empty trial. Most companies are live within ten working days.
