Privacy policy
This policy explains what CargoHub (Pvt) Ltd collects, why, where it is kept and the choices you have. It covers our website and every CargoHub workspace and portal.
1.Who we are
CargoHub (Pvt) Ltd, Plot 14-C, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, NTN 8841207-3. For workspace data, your company is the controller and CargoHub processes it on your instructions. For our website and your account with us, CargoHub is the controller.
2.What we collect
Account details (name, work email, mobile number, role); the business records your company enters (bilties, trips, invoices, stock, employees); device and usage data needed to run the service (sign-in times, IP address, browser); location pings from the driver app while a trip is active; and what you send us through the demo or support forms.
3.Where your data lives
Each company’s business data is stored in its own database and storage bucket, hosted in Pakistan. Our control plane keeps tenant, domain and release information only; it holds no freight transactions.
4.How we use it
To run and secure your workspace, send the notifications you configure, submit invoices to FBR when you ask, provide support, and improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying measurements. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
5.Driver location
The driver app records location only while the driver is on an active trip, and shows when it is doing so. Pings are kept for 180 days unless your company sets a shorter period.
6.AI features
When your company uses AI Hub, the relevant text or image is sent to our model provider to produce a proposal. It is not used to train models and is not pooled with other companies. Each run is logged in your workspace.
8.How long we keep it
Workspace data is kept while your subscription is active. When you leave, you receive a full export, after which the data is archived and then deleted on a published schedule. Tax records may be kept longer where the law requires.
9.Your choices and rights
You can access and correct your account details in My profile. Your company’s owner can export or delete workspace data. For anything else, email privacy@cargohub.pk and we will reply within 30 days.
