Import parties and vehicles from CSV
Bring your existing lists in with a preview before anything is saved.
01Download the template
In Settings → CSV imports, pick what to import and download the template. Keep the header row.
02Upload and preview
Upload the file. CargoHub checks every row and shows errors — a missing NTN, a duplicate registration — before anything is saved.
03Run the import
Fix or skip the rows with errors, then run the import. It is recorded in the audit log with a row count.
